Ingrid is German and Franz is Chilean. They are an elderly couple who survived decades of slavery within a powerful German sect in Chile called 'Dignity Colony'. Now live together in isolation in Patagonia, with the only purpose of living - in the present - the past that was taken from them, while fighting against their greatest fear: oblivion. This film delves into memory, wounds, scars and how to resist trauma. An intimate story in the context of one of the darkest chapters in the recent history of Chile that to this day seems unresolved.
